Third party add on not appearing in toolbar

For one of my users on Revit 2022 a toolbar that we had made for us has stopped appearing.
It's fine for all other users, I've tried reinstalling the toolbar but it's not showing.
There might be a need for the digital signature to be accepted again but that prompts isn't showing on startup.
Is there a way to reset the digital signature so it appears on next start?
I'm fairly new to Revit so all assistance is appreciated.
