Syncing cloud models behind the scenes workflow

Hello,

Is there any documentation on how the syncing process is managed by Revit's sync engine when working with cloud models?

Just trying to get a little more understanding about how to achieve fewer Reload Latest occurrences. I know that a common solution is to agree on sync time slots but are there other best practices that could be useful?

For instance, will a person how has not synced for 4h, in spite of having little work done in the model, be pushed to the end, or to the front of the queue?

Or is the sync cloud management works on a basis of first come first served? According to experience this does seems to be always the case.
