Sync To Central pop up not showing up

Whenever I sync to central Revit still syncs but the typical pop-up box that shows where the model is in the syncing process has randomly vanished. I have no idea why this changed. Is there an option I changed and how can I fix it?

Thats funny cause I did read that post before I made a forum post and someone from Autodesk basically said "go to this forum that won't answer your question". I have read both the post you have linked and they do not provide an answer to my problem.
