Rivet 2019 Add-In Error

I am having a rivet plugin created for version Rivet 2011. I want to run the same plugin in Rivet 2019. 

I have added the plugin in new Rivet 2019, I can see it under External tools button and when I click the plugin the required application window opens but when I try to run the plugin I am encountering an error as Unhandled exception, Method not found. 

I have attached the screenshot of error displayed. 

I am having .dll , .pdb and .addin text file of the plugin. Please if anyone can let me know how to trouble shoot this problem. I can provide the files which I have if required.

1)Check whether you Set .Net framework to 4.7.1

2)The Errors says"Method not found Autodesk.Revit.DB.Level".

    If you are using Revit Plugin created for 2011 on Revit 2019 it won't work because there are some changes happened in the higher versions of Revit So try to check the Level class for 2019

Yes I understand there have been major changes in Rivet newer versions. 

How to check Level Class for 2019?
