Running Dell Precision T3500's that are approximately 6 months old. Running approximately 20 of the same model PC in a school / lab environment. Periodically on the computers, doesn't seem to be one vs another, when a student attempts to save their work we get the following error: Unexpected error while saving." The program then shuts down. When the student tries to reopen their file they get a 'failed to open' error. Therefore, the student has lost their work.
Anyone have any ideas on a remedy to this problem?
