Revit Energy Analysis

Dear All,

I recently used Revit's simulation for energy consumption of a project.

After I generated the report, there was a couple fields that I did not understood.

I thought that "Life Cycle Electricity Use" field would give me the same value as if I multiplied Electricity EUI by the project's area. 

As: Life Cycle Electricity Use = Electricity EUI x area

However, that was not true. Would you kindly explain me why these values are not the same?
