Revit Download Issues

Hi! I just recently bought a new laptop and installed Revit 2024. When I went to open it, it said there was an issue and to uninstall and then reinstall. I had a tone of issues trying to uninstall Revit completely but finally figured it out.. Now that I have it cleared, I am still receiving an Error Code 4000 message when downloading the software. I cleared all the temp files and a couple other suggestions that I found online. Not sure what to do now, so I definitely need some help!! (Also AutoCAD 2024 doesn't have any issue downloading)

Please note that this discussion forum is dedicated to programming Revit using the Revit API.

Therefore, you cannot expect an answer to a question such as yours relating to installation, product usage or end-user support issues here.

You should try one of the non-API Revit product support discussion forums instead for that:

The people there are much better equipped to answer your question than us.
