Revit creating lines with solid solid cut.

I have created a dynamo file that cuts a solid and a void from a sheet of insulation. When the solid is cut out of the sheet, it creates lines on the solid where the void intersects. 

These show up in drawings and they don't actually correspond to anything. Is there anyway to get these lines to not be made, or to not show?
