Revit Crashes after 5-10 mins

Hello Community.

i have a student where the revit 2015 application crashes after 5-10 mins of use

Following errors is displayed in windows log file, i tried disabling WSCommCntr4.exe by renaming it, but the application still crashes after some minutes, after the disabling the windows log don't show anything
