Revit Collaboration does not work

After Re-Installing Revit 2019 and Re-Installing all the available service packs this collaboration thing

still does not work. This is very frustrating, after spending so much money on this product we still have to

spend lots of time and money to find a solution that really belongs to the producers of this product, not the client.

You need to make sure this product works they way is supposed to work for ALL different scenarios. This is precisely the reason why we are purchasing this product from you. I do not know how many hours I've tried to solve this problem. Looking into forums, etc....

By the way, Revit 2019 was working fine after I updated the last service pack, this cause the version numbers to be different (collaboration for revit 2019 and revit 2019)  making the collaboration for revit not to work. First reason of why I had to re-installed everything. And now this problem....NOT VERY HAPPY HOW YOU DO QUALITY CONTROL!

Dear Frank,

Thank you for your query.

I am sorry to hear about your frustration with this.

Unfortunately, this is not the best place to discuss this question.

Please note that this discussion forum is dedicated to programming Revit using the Revit API.

Therefore, you cannot expect an answer to a question such as yours relating to installation, product usage or end user support issues here.

You should try one of the non-API Revit product support discussion forums instead for that:

https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/revit-api-forum/this-forum-is-for-revit-api-programming-questions-not...

The people there are much better equipped to answer your question than us programming nerds.

I hope this clarifies.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Best regards,

Jeremy
