Revit 2020 works slowly

Why does my Revit work so slowly?

it takes 3-4 seconds watching the blue circle between views.

Could this be a Revit problem or maybe my new Zbook?

This forum is dedicated to answering Revit API / Programming questions.

Therefore, I am currently using Revit 2020 and didn't seem any problem at all. Some users said that earlier and find out, source of the problem latest windows 10 update. If you have installed the latest Windows 10 update, you may have some problem.

Therefore, you cannot expect an answer to a question such as yours relating to installation, product usage or end user support issues here.

You should try one of the non-API Revit product support discussion forums instead for that:

The people there are much better equipped to answer your question than us programming nerds.

By the way, I am also running Revit 2020 with no issues.
