Revit 2020 slow after a few hours of use

Title. 

My solution is if I restart it'll work at a proper pace. After 3-4 hours it'll start getting slow so I'll restart again. It doesn't matter the size/contents of my model.

Anyone else having this issue?

There are many things that could be causing this issue. But this is not the correct forum. This forum is for questions relating to programming with the Revit API. Your question most likely belongs in the  Revit Architecture forum, or possibly in the installation and licensing forum.

I wanted to check up with you to see if you've gotten any help with your question.  It is true, there are a number of possible causes of the behavior that you are describing.  You should start by Deleting your Temp Files.  

Here are some more suggestions that you may want to check out regarding instability of your machine:

If you are still experiencing problems, please describe some of the actions you are performing before the slowdown happens.

• Is this happening in only one model?
• Do you have colleagues that are experiencing the same behavior?
• Please attach a Screencast link that is clearly showing the issue.
• Attach journal files if possible from healthy sessions AND slow sessions.  Journal files are located HERE.
