Revit 2019 eTransmit with PDF linked by URL

Hi everyone.

I'm manageing a model where every family/item must have an URL to link technical or mainenance sheet (PDF files).

Usually these file are uploaded in a cloud storage (DOCS or BIM360 platform), but the client ask if is it possible to deliver a totally detached final handover, to avoid being obliged to keep all material on the online platform under his responsibility.

Is there a way to create an eTransmit that automatically includes all the external linked files such as PDF files linked by URL into the parameters?

I've tried to use "transmit model" revit function, and also to publish the model online and than download the entire folder, but any solution carries itself the PDF files I need.

Thanks to all

If this task were up to me, my first thought of addressing it would be to download all the PDF files to local storage, and convert the existing URL links in the BIM element data to point to the local files. That is probably the simplest approach. Trying to embed the PDF data into the model might make it huge. Such a solution would be independent of eTransmit, and you would not have to rely on third-party functionality.
