Replicate template views in another document

Hello Autodesk,

 

I am trying to do :

I have a template document which contains multiple view sections (building sections) , like the one attached.The view attached is refering to a footing . The elements (column and footing are rotated with 90 degrees). So if I have a footing with an upper column in a new document , i want to recreate the view for this footing.

I want to know what steps I must do to realise this. 

What I tried :

I take the normal, view direction , right direction , point view origin and transform them to current project using ,in this order, the following transforms: first I apply the inverse template transform and then current element transform.

After that I want to create the new crop box which is going to be used to create the new view section. But when I create the view it's on another place and it doesn't show any element.

What am I missing ? Please help me. I'm stuck . If you can , please give me a step by step solution to fully understand.

As far as I know, the copy and paste API enables you to copy views, including all the view settings and elements displayed in the view:
