Remove Acquired Shared Coordinates

Hi,

I have searched the forum and got similar posts like this one I'm writing but didn't get an answer so I'm writing here. Currently I have a project with shared coordinates so I have only one site file (Grid File) and I acquire coordinates from that file each time I link it to a new file for the project so all files inherits coordinates from that file(I don't use shared positions for shared coordinates). Now it's easy for me to reset the shared coordinates using another file to acquire from and then acquire back from the base coordinate grid file. 

Problem: Now when I want to reset the shared coordinates for only one file, Revit gives me this message 

I know what the message is saying but the linked file doesn't have shared coordinates enabled even, so I think the file has some error on acquiring shared coordinates! 

Question: Is there a way in the API Platform to remove the shared coordinates of a file gained by acquire coordinate from linked file?

This is an old post, however I am wondering if you found a resolution. I have a number of posts dealing with the Shared Coordinate process, but to date I do not have any solution to managing it via the API.
