Python Shell - U able to place face based family on ceiling

Dear Please help me,

I was creating Python shell script for import lighting fixture family based on X Y Z co-odinite from dialux. in generic mode family, suit perfectly, but When i placed faced based family via script, my family host is may not perfect so automatic show in 0.00 and pic action in off. please help provide feasible solution
