Problem importing identity data from IFC to Revit

I received a project developed in Revit in the IFC format. The company had exported all the information, as I can read all the identity data using an IFC viewer, but when opening it in Revit, the project lost its information. Is there any configuration that I can use to solve this problem? Thank you!

Dear Gustavo,

It sounds to me as if you are looking for an end user solution to this task and you are not doing any programming yourself using the Revit API.

In that case, this is not the best place to ask such a question.

Therefore, you cannot expect an answer to a question such as yours relating to installation, product usage or end user support issues here.

You should try one of the non-API Revit product support discussion forums instead for that:
