Place Family instance by Revit API

Hello 🙂 

I would like to get some help on placing family instance on a face of an element. (BTW I am using Dynamo) 

I have been able to place family instances but not able to align them to host elements correctly... (please see the attached screenshot!)

Does anyone know how to solve this issue? other than rotating element after placing...

Any help would be really appreciated.
