PipeSettings Rise Drop Annotation Size

Hello, Just want to ask for help, I can't seem to find the Rise/Drop Annotation Size under Pipe Settings using the API, is it somewhere else or is it really missing in the API? We have a workflow where we should copy the mechanical settings from a template document to a new document and thus would like to overwrite the existing settings. Thanks,

It looks like we missed that one in API.

We have logged a change request with the engineering team(REVIT-194472-Expose risedropAnnotationSize on PipeSettings API).
