Open or/and Active BIM360 model

Good morning all,

I am using Revit 2019.

I have a project in the cloud (BIM360) which is already opened by the user:

BIM 360://Projects/Project.rvt

I open a new family document from a location in local "C: \\ ....."
I use the method:

No problem the document opens and becomes the active document.

Then I want to switch to the document located on the cloud but I get an error:

However in the documentation, it is possible to open a document from the cloud :
