Open Family Documents from the project

Good day!

I am trying to address to families in the active project and when replace parameters inside families. I have a problem in a very beginning: opening Family Documents. I attach a screenshot. 

Why is it "NULL" in FamilyDocument.Open?

In the project document, the family document is already open.

Probably that is the reason.

Use EditFamily to obtain the family Document object:
