No option for Point Cloud under Insert menu Revit 2019.2

I have a not-so Revit savvy have a client running Revit 2019.2 who is trying to insert an indexed RCP file into their project but doesn't have a Point Cloud option under the Insert menu. Is there an add in or update they are missing that enables point clouds?

Turns out they were using Revit LT.
