Move the extrusion to the intersection of level and work plane

Hello,
I have created the extrusion on Center(Front / Back) work plane.Please refer the below image :

 I want to move the extrusion to the intersection point(marked in red in above image) of the elevation and the work plane.
How can I do it using Revit Apis?
