Missing Autodesk.Revit.DB.Infrastructure.Alignment class reference

I hope this is not too silly to ask here. I'm not finding any references to the Infrastructure namespace. I was expecting to find it here: "using Autodesk.Revit.DB.Infrasturcture". Any tips on how to access the Infrastructure API ? I'm using Revit 2023.

RevitAPI.chm tells you the name of the dll to reference but not where it is, this is where it is (depending on year):

C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Revit 2024\AddIns\CivilAlignments\Autodesk.CivilAlignments.DBApplication.dll
