Macro error - multiple copies of module

A macro in my project file appears to have replicated itself (see attached screenshot). I've never seen this behavior before. I can delete them manually but it takes a 3-4 minutes each to delete and there are over 200 copies in the file. I audited the file but no luck. Is there any way I can purge the macros out of the file? Thanks.

Hi Michael, 

Oh dear. That looks strange.  How could that happen?  Any thing you can suspect?  Is this only this specific file?  

Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any purge method.  But if you manage to find out the steps to reproduce, we can try asking our product team. 

I hope you save model before it happened.
