Hi Everybody!

I have a big problem when I code license for my apps.

a) I want make a new file to write some infomation, but when UAC turn on, I can not write any file into some Folder (ex: Revit in Program Files)

b) Could you tell me any solution for app in Revit?

If your apps are on the Autodesk Exchange Store, you can use the Entitlement API, check a sample at http://adndevblog.typepad.com/aec/2015/04/entitlement-api-for-revit-exchange-store-apps.html

After read your link, I understood about two new functions on Revit API 2016. It is useful! Thanks again.

But It requires Internet connection, and checking in Revit Exchange Store.

Sometime our user are disconnected. Or they get our apps directly from us. So Is there any solution?

This will work only your app was downloaded from the Autodesk Exchange Store, that's how we keep track (who downloaded & payed for what)

And you don't need to check every time... maybe once or twice a month?

I search about UAC, and i have a solution that embed manifest file into DLL.

Who can tell me detail the way to add manifest file into DLL of Revit API, and how will it work?
