Is there any solution to define which equipment connected to certain equipment?

Hi.

For example, fire alarm system curcuit has one panel and some detectors and they are connected with cable. I want to get detector's id which is connected to the fire panel, then second detector's id which is connected to the first dector and so on. Can I solve this with revit api?
