Installation Issues with Revit 2023 - Urgent Assistance Requested

Dear Autodesk Support Team,

 

I am writing to seek your assistance regarding a persistent problem I have encountered while attempting to install Revit 2023. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to successfully install the software, and I am attaching a screenshot that illustrates the error message I am encountering.

Our IT team has already made several efforts to resolve this issue. They have thoroughly inspected the installation process, invested numerous hours into troubleshooting, and even downloaded the installation file again to ensure its integrity. However, these attempts have proved ineffective in resolving the problem.

 

I kindly request your expertise in providing a set of detailed procedures that I can relay to our IT team. With your guidance, we hope to successfully install Revit 2023 and overcome the persistent installation issues we are currently facing.

Please note that this discussion forum is dedicated to programming Revit using the Revit API.

 

Therefore, you cannot expect an answer to a question such as yours relating to installation, product usage or end-user support issues here.

 

You should try one of the non-API Revit product support discussion forums instead for that:
