Independent Tag Rotation origin point

Hello

Independent Tags has an attribute called orientation with two status : 1- Horizontal  2- Vertical

we can use it for rotating tag. I want to know the origin point of this rotation.

I have found that rotation origin point. It is in Family structure. see image below:

the junction of this two Reference Planes. how can I get this point?
