IFC missing property set for only underground levels

Hi everybody
I ran into a weird issue: with a property set export file where I indicates group of parameters for IfcBuildingStorey class, I exported a buildin with 8 floors above ground and 2 floors underground. The issue is on this last two: the property set is not exported although the parameters are compiled on Revit. To explain what I mean, you can see the comparison between levels and BIM files (RVT and IFC) below

Level 04:

level underground -02:

As you can see, for Level B01-B02 I don't obtain the PSet DTB_BuildingInfo export. It is about only underground level. I tried to move Base Project point to modify Levels heights values, but the result is the same.
If anyone has already run into this problem, could explain me how to fix it?

Thanks for the support

Afaict from your description, you are not doing anything programmatically yourself using the Revit API, just using the standard Revit user interface. In that case, I am afraid this is not the best place to ask such a question. You should try one of the non-API Revit product support discussion forums instead for that:

https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/revit-api-forum/this-forum-is-for-revit-api-programming-questions-not...

The people there are better equipped to address this topic than us programming nerds.

If you are doing anything programmatically yourself, the best place to raise and discuss IFC-related issues is in the dedicated IFC discussion forum:

https://sourceforge.net/p/ifcexporter/discussion/general

I hope this clarifies.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Best regards,

Jeremy
