Hello!

Is there any way we can identify if a model is corrupted without trying to open it?

I tried to look the BasicFileInfo but it didn't work for some of my corrupted models...

The Revit API definitely does not provide anything for this beyond the functionality provided in the UI. So, if such a possibility exists at all, you will have better chances asking from the UI point of view, e.g., in the larger and more generic architectural forum. I doubt it, however.
