Icon Size

I cannot find the guidelines for icon sizes for the ribbon, either for new ribbon bars, or tool that fall under External Tools.

For th External Tools, I have tried several different sizes, but each one it seems Revit resizes the icon to something larger and blurs it out.  I like things crisp.

I've seen mention of a Ribbon Guideline acrobat file in earlier versions of the SDK, but don't want to install the earlier SDK just for a single PDF.
