I can't add reference to RevitAPI.dll and RevitAPIUI.dll

Although uninstalling and installing Revit2023, I can't add reference to RevitAPI.dll and RevitAPIUI.dll.

In detail, when I add reference to RevitAPI.dll and RevitAPIUI.dll in Visual Code as follows, error message 'The reference is invalid or not supported' occurred. Before I could add references, so I tried to solve by uninstallation and installation,but I failed

   RevitAPIUI not RevitUI, In Error Image I saw RevitUI change that to RevitAPIUI
