How to use MarkUp(Where i can draw, write on revit files) in Revit.

I followed official documentation of Autodesk.
I am able to view revit file using token and documentid.
Now i want to write something on that 3D image.
But not able to find any solution. 

Please help me.

Are you doing the markup via Revit API?

Do you want to create the markup via Revit programming?

Your question on using markup seems to be more of a Revit UI(Product usage) question than a Revit API question.
