How to add Cancel Button in Status bar?

     I want to add a cancel button in status bar for my addin same as revit status bar cancel button. Please helpe me to acheive this.

Hi Joe,

             I would like to implement Progrees bar and cancel button in status bar. Like project upgrading window cancel button and progressbar. Please suggest me the possible solution,
