How can I get a list of all the Parameters used to create a tag?

In GUI we can see the list by clicking on Edit Label but , how can i get list of "Parameter Names" using api (refer attached image) . Lookup only gives a parameter named "Sample Text" which only contains display string of tag.

Last time I needed to check parameters inside annotation tag labels it was not possible via API (R2020).
