    How can I access Visibity/Graphic Overrides -> Filters, through API ?

    Please see the attached screenshot.

    I need to check the collors of Lines and Patterns.

have a look at the ViewFilters sample in the SDK.

There you can see how to use the ParameterFilterElement class.
