i changed "Group parameter under::" for shared parameter in family editor, won't reflect that change after loading to existing project, but works OK if loading to new project,

what's the reason behind it?

any manual solution?

thinking API way, maybe ReInsert(Definition, Binding, BuiltInParameterGroup) is the way to go?

that shared parameter is not project parameter so binding is not relevant, in fact, it's added and changed ("Group parameter under:") in family editor, for unknown reason, that change won't be reflected in project after loading even w/ option of "Overwrite the existing version and its parameter values".

i did another test w/ brand new family/project file, seems that's always the case, kind of bug? how to fix it manually or via API?
