Getting the position of lamp in the CAD drawing

I want to draw a layout of one floor in Addin.

The background picture of the floor has been set in the Addin.

Now I want to put some lamps' icons on the backgroud pictture.

To show the relative postion of each lamps correctly, I want to use the poision informaion of lamps designed in Revit.

Could you give me some advice about it ?

Thanks you very much !

Please spell check your message before posting to enhance readability.

Without knowing more about the context it is really hard to say anything helpful.

I assume you are placing lamps using an overload or the NewFamilyInstance method.

You can specify any XYZ insertion point you like there.

I am so sorry to reply for you so lately.

And for my poor English, I apologize that I haven‘t explained my question clearly.

I think your suggest of XYZ is useful for me.

I will try it.

Thanks for you very much !
