Get direction perpendicular of wall

Hi everybody,

I have a problem, I need your help. I want to create rebars for wall. Step 1, I will create lines at the center wall (vertical and horizontal). Step 2, I will offset lines with direction width of wall. Step end, I will create rebars with lines.

My problem is : I can offset lines along with length of wall. But I can not offset lines with direction perpendicular of wall for action step 2.

Please help me solve.

Retrieve the wall location line and calculate a line perpendicular to that, e.g., like this:
