Good afternoon everyone!
I am currently trying to generate an aligned dimension line between the CUT_EDGEs of a wall that is linked to another file (attached are the documents and image of the final result desired). When I try to reach the Reference of an edge in the ArchModel.rvt (the file in which the elements got modeled) I am able to get it, but if I try to retrieve it while in the SiteModel (the file that contains the link to the ArchModel.rvt) I get that the Reference of the given edge is null.
Has anyone dealt with this before and could help me find a way to create a dimension between CUT_EDGEs References?
