Fastest method for selecting all view specific items in a drafting view

I need to collect all the view specific items across many drafting views and i am concerned about performance of the addin. Also on trying to use a viewspecific filter without a class familyinstance filter i cannto retrieve elementids. Is there some overall more elegent method than a multicategory filter, adding many different detail item categories?

I suggest you implement a quick and simple solution first, add benchmarking code to that, and present it for discussion. Maybe someone can suggest an improvement when we see what you are doing.
