Failing to install Revit 2019 due to Auto desk Installer Error Report.

I just purchased a new PC, (HP Windows 10 Home) and tried installing Revit 2019 as my second download but an error message came up. I have attached the image of the error below and would love some assistance on this matter.  

downloading details 

• I went through the auto-desk website and logged in with my email. 
• selected Revit 2019, 64 bit option 
• hit download 
• save option 
• and ran the file
• It took sometime and asked me to authorize and l clicked yes 
• from there the error message came up.
