Failed to Upgrade 2019 to 2020

I have a Big Problem with my 2019 Revit File when Upgrading to Revit 2020.

In Revit 2019 the Normal Version Is Opened. but after upgrading to 2020 error messages always appear.

so can't update to version 2020. after cancel the notification and then automatically closed.

Can anyone solve my files when upgraded? thank you

did you find solution about your problem ? i have same... need upgrade old project from 2019 to 2020 and i got exact same problem about warning.
