export Material Keynotes to IFC

by exporting an ifc file from Revit, can we export material keynote too?

Does that exist by using revit 22 and export ifc using IFC 2x3 ?

I use Revit 22, where there is no "Export material property set" in the parameters of exporting an IFC ( Figure 1).

Whereas, my friend, also use a Revit 22 and have these parameters "Export material property set" in the parameters of exporting an IFC (Figure 2).

We both use Windows version 22.0.2.392, Is there any explication for this difference?

I found the solution: We should download IFC plugin in order to have "Export material property set" in the parameters of exporting an IFC.
