Error - Navisworks Exporter is not available in the installed Revit

I get the above error. Thing is I know it is installed and can be exported manually from the add-in

I can confirm it works when I log into the other user account on this machine so it is just this user.. Any ideas?

Also it seems to be loading on build in thne output window...

I faced the same problem. Did you manage to find a solution? What was the cause of the error?
