Error code 1603 while installing

I downloaded Revit 2020 on my laptop a couple of weeks ago.

After I needed to perform a system recovery yesterday, I could not open Revit anymore.
An error "The License manager is not functioning or is improperly installed. AutoCAD will shut down now." occurred.

I did a clean uninstall and tried to reinstall Revit afterwards, but it keeps generating error 1603.
I'm not an expert in computers, so I've no idea how to work around it. I've tried some of the possible solutions given in other threads, but nothing worked.
I've attached the download log.

What can I do to fix this error?

Please note that this discussion forum is dedicated to programming Revit using the Revit API.

Therefore, you cannot expect an answer to a question such as yours relating to installation, product usage or end-user support issues here.

You should try one of the non-API Revit product support discussion forums instead for that:

good day, i had installed the REVIT 2020 but i was having issues with licensing manager so i uninsatlled it, then i tried to install again but refused to install the main app but it installed other components.
