After sharing thoughts on finding summed line lengths and summed room areas, I talked about how to efficiently use the features from F# to find the summed lengths of linear elements in the latest post. This is an improved script from the post "Find Sum of Line Length", from which the newer code inherited the main structure but added convenient functions from F# at finding element types. Combining with the function, finding the current project unit, from "Find Sum Area of Room", this code finds the lengths of linear elements, by using curve elements, walls and structural frames, as example.
