No Clue where else to post this, but the chat support has been of no help. We are a High School that has been using Revit and Inventor products for 5 years. Our license recently expired and we are unable to update our licensing server without a new serial number. The support staff tell us we only have a single subscription, hence why we have no serial numbers to view. This is incorrect as we have been approved as an educational institution and should have access to a network license.
Our PLTW class is at a complete stand still and there isn't anything I can do to remedy on this end it seems. Does anyone know if I'm somehow mistaken with regards to this and can access our educational serial number and licenses so I can reconfigure LMTools on our licensing server?
