DWG Export Via API Doesn't Always Recognize Shared Coordinates

I'm running into an issue with exporting to 3D DWG using Shared Coordinates via the API. I can't figure out the rhyme or reason, but in many situations, it appears some of the objects in a model will not export to the proper Shared Coordinates, and instead will revert back to Project Coordinates. So within a single exported 3D DWG file, I'll have objects located either relative to the Shared Coordinate system, or relative to the Project Internal Coordinate system. So I'll have half of the model located in 1 location, and half of the model located in another location.

The objects I see this happening most often with are ceilings. Has anyone else run into this problem?

when exportin to DWG, shared coordinates get messed up and get reverted to the original coordinates. It's a Revit problem.
